SIA NORDE offers its clients to use its car rent service.
Car rent is offered to NORDE clients whose car is delivered to Norde car service for upkeep or repair, as well as for clients of painting section. If your car is delivered to NORDE car service, prices for service exchange cars are:

In case of warranty repair, car rent is for free from the third day of repair.*

Rules and restrictions for the use of rental cars:
- When renting a car a rental agreement is concluded.
- We offer our car rental service to a driver with a driver license and a standing not less than 3 years.
- The rental service is offered to a person from the age of 25.
- The self-risk of a rental car is 300 LVL in the case of any accidents.
- The self-risk in case of a total destruction or theft compiles 15% of car value.
- The minimum rental time is a day.
- Departure from Latvia has to be confirmed by SIA Norde for reception of an authorization.
FINANCING
When forming a car in a leasing, you can choose either financial leasing or a rent (operative leasing). NISSAN dealer NORDE cooperates with all greatest leasing companies and, if you wish, all necessary formation of documents will be done by our sales personnel.

The list of necessary documents for formation of leasing:
For private person:
- Application for a leasing that can be filled in at NORDE showroom and in case of questions one may consult with our car sellers;
- Passport;
- Notice from your employer about your salary;
- Other documents that approve your income (if you do not have the notice about salary), for example, printout of an account or notice from State Revenue Service (SRS).
For a legal entity:
- Application for a leasing that can be filled in at NORDE showroom and in case of questions a consultation is possible with our car sellers;
- Company’s balance and Profit - Loss statement (for a present period);
- Articles of association;
- Registration certificate.

In case of insurance, NORDE employees will help you to settle all formalities for reception of insurance liability with respect of which insurance company’s client you are.

How to act in case of car accident?
- You have to inform police which records the accident or you have to fill in the Coordinated announcement about the car accident if it is allowed by the conditions of the accident;
- You have to address to your insurance company or the company of he blamable person of the accident in order to form the necessary documents – to bring an action and to receive a case number;
- With the documents issued by the insurance company, you have to go to a car body repair service where the damages of your car are examined and evaluated;
- An employee of the body repair service compiles a cost estimate of the necessary repair work that is sent to the insurance company;
- Insurer in a definite time confirms the cost estimate and send his/her decision to the body repair service;
- In case of a positive insurer’s decision, the body repair service starts ordering of spare parts and plans the repair work.
